SakuraIku Privacy Policy

SakuraIku is designed to keep your learning data private. The app does not contain advertising or third-party analytics, and it does not track you across apps or websites.

Information stored by the app

SakuraIku may store information you create while using the app, including:

This information is used only to provide the app's dictionary, study, organization, statistics, and synchronization features.

iCloud synchronization

If iCloud is available for SakuraIku, learning data may be synchronized between your devices using Apple's CloudKit service and stored in your private iCloud database. SakuraIku does not send this information to a developer-operated server. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and applicable iCloud terms.

Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. SakuraIku receives purchase and entitlement information needed to unlock premium features, but does not receive or store your payment-card details.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, notification schedules are stored on your device and notifications are delivered using Apple's notification services. You can change notification permission at any time in system Settings.

Support communications

If you contact support, the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address, message contents, app version, or device system version, will be used only to respond to your request and troubleshoot the issue.

Data sharing

SakuraIku does not sell your personal information. The app does not share your information with advertisers or data brokers. Information is handled by Apple only as necessary to provide services you choose to use, such as iCloud synchronization, App Store purchases, and notifications.

Data retention and deletion

Data remains on your device or in your private iCloud account until you delete it. Deleting the app removes its local data from that device, but synchronized data may remain in iCloud and on your other devices. You can manage SakuraIku's iCloud data through your device's iCloud storage settings.

Children's privacy

SakuraIku does not knowingly collect personal information from children through developer-operated servers. The app is intended for a general audience and uses Apple services subject to the user's Apple Account and device settings.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when SakuraIku's features or privacy practices change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
